Demand & Supply Analyst

Plenty Food Company is a Riyadh-based food and beverage group that operates a growing network of fresh-food outlets. The company is seeking a Demand & Supply Analyst to improve demand forecasting, ordering accuracy, stock availability and waste reduction.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse daily sales, ordering patterns and product demand.

Compare forecasts with actual sales and identify trends.

Improve demand forecasting and reduce product waste.

Monitor inventory and stock levels across branches.

Coordinate daily ordering to maintain product availability.

Share data-driven recommendations with operations and supply-chain teams.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Food and beverage or restaurant operations experience.

At least 2 years of demand planning, inventory control or data-analysis experience.

Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and analysis.

Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.

Familiarity with POS or inventory systems.

Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
