Description

The National Telecommunication and Information Security Board (NTISB), Government of Pakistan, is recruiting a Director FCERT to lead planning, implementation and governance of Federal Computer Emergency Response Team (FCERT) initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing cybersecurity programmes, coordinating with federal ministries and departments, monitoring project delivery, supporting security policy implementation, managing risks and reporting progress to senior management.

Requirements

Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or a related engineering discipline.

At least 15 years of overall professional experience.

At least 5 years of information or cybersecurity experience.

At least 3 years of relevant cybersecurity experience on federal or provincial government PSDP projects.

Experience in cybersecurity policy and government operations.

CISM, CISSP or an equivalent cybersecurity management certification is desirable.

PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project-management certification is preferable.

Age limit: 37–55 years, as shown on the official listing.
