Software Engineer – Senior Consultant

EY is hiring a Software Engineer at Senior Consultant level in Dublin. The role is part of EY Financial Services Technology Consulting and involves designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting secure enterprise applications and services. The position includes work with Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, TypeScript, APIs, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD and modern software engineering practices.

5+ years of progressive software engineering experience

Strong production coding and code-review experience

Experience with Java and Spring Boot or equivalent enterprise backend technologies

Experience with React and/or Angular and TypeScript

Experience with APIs, databases, automated testing and CI/CD

Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, containers and Infrastructure as Code

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

English communication skills
