Solution Area Specialist – ISV (Independent Software Vendors)

Microsoft is seeking a Solution Area Specialist to help independent software vendors grow their businesses through Microsoft cloud and AI technologies. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, advising business and technical decision-makers, developing cloud and AI solution strategies, coordinating internal and partner teams, and managing the sales process from initial engagement through adoption and expansion.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security or a related field, plus at least 6 years of technology-related sales or account-management experience; equivalent experience may also qualify.
- Experience in solution sales or technology services sales is preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management and commercial communication skills.
- Ability to explain cloud and AI solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage sales opportunities.
